Sinamics G110

 

 

Very simple single-phase powered converter with power output up to 3kW. The new conception of division in analogue and USS versions enables achieving lower prices while keeping functional and user comfort. Analogue version series are continually in KVELB stock.

G110 series replaces Micromaster 410 series and in prevailing cases is also applicable as a trouble free replacement of single-phase supplied converters of Micromaster 420 series.

Owing to its features and already mentioned favourable prices, these converters are option number one for customers who require fully programmable converters of high quality, for simple applications and low power output.

Sinamics G120

 

 

Vector converters representing the whole range of significant innovations:

  • Separation of power and control unit enables the users to opt for configuration according to their needs. Various designs of both power and control units with different functions are available.

  • Option of recuperation ( energy recovery into system) features in energy savings, eliminates need of both network chokes and brake resistance

  • Wide range of communication interfacings options PROFIBUS DP, PROFINET, RS485/USS, RS232/USS available

  • Types of Safety integrated components, managing functions according to EN954-1 Cat.3 and IEC61508 SIL2 (SS1, SLS, SBC, STO), are also available. Due to this fact, costs for independent safety functions solving, are lower.

 

Sinamics G120 family

Converters of Sinamics G120 series (the complete set of control unit + power unit + operating panel).

 

Converters of G120 series are currently available in three-phase input voltage modification; alas single-phase modification is not available.

G120 series is a successor of still supplied and much-favoured converters of Micromaster 440 series. By well-taken combination of control and power unit you can pull both adequate replacement of Micromaster 440 series and functionally significantly better equipped option.

Sinamics G130 – special series used for driving pumps, fans, extruders and turbo compressors with higher power outputs of 110kW - 560kW

 

Sinamics G150 – series of converters for high power outputs of 110kW – 1500kW

 

Sinamics S120 – series of modular frequency converter for demanding drives applications mainly in the field of Motion control on processing machines. They are designated to meet requirements of both highly dynamic positioning and multi-axis synchronization. Successor of favoured series Simovert Masterdrive.

 

Sinamics S150 – series of box-type converter for applications with high power outputs, requiring additionally high dynamics, high accuracy of speed regulation of frequent braking cycles with high energy recuperation into system.
